Missed Appointment Policy

We know your time is valuable, and mine is too. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, I ask that you give at least 48-hour advance notice.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment must be done at least 48-hours in advance of an appointment. If it is less than 48 hours, without urgent cause, (a) a client who paid in advance, will not receive a refund and can reschedule their appointment or (b) a client who has not paid in advance, will incur a $50 fee per incidence. All clients are permitted one “free pass” that will be noted in their file. This policy will be implemented if a second incident occurs.
