Missed Appointment Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our time and our clients, we ask that you give us at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment must be done at least 48-hours in advance of an appointment. If it is less than 48 hours, without urgent cause, (a) a client who paid in advance, will not receive a refund or (b) a client who has not paid in advance, will incur a $100 fee per incidence. All clients are permitted one “free pass” that will be noted in their file. This policy will be implemented if a second incident occurs.
