SHIPPING

We ship to any United States postal address via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping is based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.  

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products:  All sales are final. No refunds. No returns.

RETURN POLICY – ERROR EXCEPTION

If you receive an incorrect item, you may return the new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Herbs & Owls will pay the return shipping costs.

To Request a Return:

1.     Send an email to orders@herbsandowls.com with you order number and incorrect items.

2.     Mail the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

3.     Upon receipt, Herbs & Owls will notify you by email about your refund and reimbursed shipping charges.
