Almond Butter Coconut Sugar Cookies

These cookies are lightly sweet, fantastically delicious and best of all contain health promoting almond butter. The constituents found in almonds can help the body regulate blood sugar, support brain and muscle function, enhance bone health and increase energy levels. They also contain beneficial unsaturated fatty acids that can improve blood cholesterol levels to combat cardiovascular disease lowering the risk of heart attack.

A serving of almond butter offers 89 milligrams of magnesium - 28 percent of the daily recommended intake for women and 21 percent for men. So you can feel good about snacking on these little beauties!

I like to double the recipe because they're a huge crown pleaser and everyone asks for more!
